Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had fantastic rooms with excellent beds and linens, offering a nice kitchenette with stove and fridge/freezer. The service was friendly and helpful, ensuring a hassle-free stay. The location, while a bit far from the main hustle of Haeundae, provided a nice and spacious setting excellent for summer strolls and jogging. The dining options were varied, although some found the fare not very exciting. The facilities overall were great, enhancing the overall experience.
My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms were clean and tidy, though not very modern for a five-star establishment. The beds and linens were excellent, providing a comfortable rest. The service was top-notch with very helpful staff guiding us to an English-speaking hairdresser. The location, at the end of the Haeundae strip in the Marine city side, offers a beautiful setting near the beach and Dongbaek Island Park. The dining experience had a good selection of dishes catering to various preferences, but the pricing might not align with the portion sizes. The facilities were of a good standard, providing convenience during our stay.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, enjoying the great location near the beach and the attentive service from the staff. The rooms offer a nice view despite needing some renovation. The dining experience was satisfying with a wide variety on offer. However, there are some minor improvements that can be made.
I had a comfortable stay at this hotel with a decently sized room that reminded me of a nice motel in the US. The room was a bit outdated in terms of decor, but after raising my concerns, I was delighted with an ocean view from my room on the 11th floor.
My stay at this hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were clean and spacious with a great view of the beach, but they felt a bit outdated and had a lingering smell of cigarette smoke. The service was exceptionally friendly and helpful, though there were communication issues with some staff not understanding Western guests. The location is great, right by the seashore, offering a perfect beach strip view, but it can get noisy in the busy Haeundae area, about 5 minutes away. The dining experience had both good and bad points - a variety of dishes but leaning heavily towards Korean cuisine, which may not suit all guests. The facilities were decent but could use some modern updates.
